Grace Kelley, Wynonna Judd’s 28-year-old daughter, was arrested for the second time in nearly four months
Grace Kelley, the daughter of country singer Wynonna Judd, was arrested earlier this year on April 5 in Millbrook, Alabama. She was initially charged with two counts: public nuisance and obstruction of government operations.
Grace is the youngest of Wynonna’s two children with her first husband, Arch Kelley III. Their son Elijah was born in 1994, Grace was born in 1996.
Grace has had trouble with the law in the past and spent some time behind bars.
While Wynonna doesn’t often comment on Grace’s legal problems, she opened up a bit to John Rich on his show The persecution in 2020.
“I’ll tell you this. My daughter is the strongest Judd woman in our ‘history.'” Wynonna said. “She’s healthier than I was at 23. How she got there – I wouldn’t go that far, but I was isolated too. I was on a bus with my mother. It’s pretty difficult to get into trouble. That could have been me, John, if I hadn’t had music.”
Wynonna and her mother Naomi performed together in the Country Music Hall of Fame duo The Judds. Unfortunately, Naomi died in 2022 at the age of 76.
Wynonna also has a successful solo career. Her younger sister Ashley Judd is an actress known for her roles in projects such as Double Jeopardy, Ruby in Paradise, And De-Lovely.
Grace Kelley was recently arrested for three minor offenses
On August 3, just under four months after her April 5 arrest, Grace Kelley was arrested again, this time in Carroll County, Georgia.
According to police records obtained by ET, she was arrested on three misdemeanors: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving on a suspended/revoked license and improper use of motorcycle equipment. Grace was booked into the Carroll County Jail and released the next day on $2,750 bail.
As of press time, Wynonna has not commented on her daughter’s recent legal troubles. Watch a brief news report about Grace’s previous arrest in April below.
