What Kangana said

During the interview, Kangana said, “The content has also become very violent and horrific, especially in solo viewing where people watch everything with headphones. This has led to a significant increase in the objectification of women. Online shows should be censored, including YouTube. Many countries have done that and are at least better than India. Look at the cases happening in India; it is worrying for everyone.”

On the issues surrounding feminism in this context, the actor added: “Honestly, I don’t think it has to go in a toxic direction where we make women like men and take away the essence of the feminine – their birthright to be cared for, loved, admired and protected. So I think the culture shouldn’t become toxic because we always tend to go to extremes.”
