Flight frequency Bali – Canberra reduced

After only two months of operation, the flight connection between Australia’s capital Canberra and Bali is no longer as popular as before. Therefore, the Indonesian Lion Air Group subsidiary Batik Air has reduced its three-times-weekly flight service to just twice a week.

Batik Air – The Subsidiary of Lion Air – is the only airline offering direct flights between Canberra and Bali.

The new service was introduced on June 14, 2024 and will initially operate on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

From mid-August 2024, flight operations will be reduced to just two flights per week and the Wednesday service will be cancelled.
