It is the third largest pop culture event in North America and attracts fans from near and far all weekend long.
FAN EXPO Canada is the largest comic book, sci-fi, horror, anime and gaming event in Canada and the third largest pop culture event in North America, attracting thousands from near and far all weekend long.
The show has grown from a small comic convention that attracted 1,500 fans to a multi-faceted, multi-day, citywide event that draws hundreds of thousands of people from around the world, including Burlington.
FAN EXPO Canada is a playground for fans of all ages who love genres from comics to sci-fi to gaming and more! A weekend at FAN EXPO Canada can include participating in a gaming tournament, having a professional photo shoot or autograph signing with your favorite stars, watching inspiring panels, and more!
And if that’s not enough, the exhibit hall features everything from retailers showcasing their latest products to local vendors (Conspiracy Comics, Burlington) offering unique merchandise.
Prime Video has a stand for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power attracted huge crowds and gave fans the chance to immerse themselves in Middle Earth. All weekend long, guests ages 8 and up can create their own Rings of Power in an exclusive ring-making workshop with Toronto resin artist Jessica Rysyk. Additionally, guests of all ages can capture unforgettable moments at the epic interactive photo opportunity, heavily inspired by iconic imagery from the series.
The Squishmallows were equally popular, with families lining up for a chance to win by claw-snapping them.
In addition to a great photo opportunity, this year we are hosting a really cool event at our booth where you can make your own ring in a workshop with local Toronto resin artist Jessica Rysyk.
