EXCLUSIVE: The Game must appear in court to keep his home

Priscilla Rainey, the game’s sexual harassment accuser, is refusing to give up. Over the past few years, she has worked tirelessly to collect the roughly $7 million in compensation she was awarded in the case. Now she’s going a step further and going after his house.



According to court documents, the AllHipHopGame is due in court in Los Angeles on October 7 to explain why his Calabasas mansion should not be sold to pay off the debt. The order was signed Wednesday (August 7) ​​by U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi.

Last month, Rainey served the Game and his manager, Wack 100, with the seizure of his Calabasas property. A bailiff sent a notice of seizure, a writ of execution and more to The Game and Wack 100 in June in Rainey’s name. Both men were registered at the same address. Rainey accused The Game of transferring the deed to his home to Wack 100 to prevent her from seizing it.

AllHipHop previously reported that Rainey had subpoenaed The Game’s children’s school district, demanding proof of residency and school attendance as part of her efforts to collect money. She has already seized his publication and label.

Rainey, contestant on the reality show “The Game” on VH1 She has gamesued him for sexual assault in 2015. A jury awarded her around $7 million in 2016 after he failed to appear in court. The Game claimed he would never pay the debt.

An appeals court denied The Game’s request for a retrial, and Rainey sued him again for refusing to pay the $7 million. She won the case last year.
