Previously funded via Kickstarter last year, new horror comic Animals #1 and #2 of Keith Foster And Ed Condon hits comic shops every two weeks in Invader Comics’ November specials. Keith Foster said I created the comic “Giant Monsters Meet HP Lovecraft” Kodoja, and the “Kung Fu in Space Opus” Three protectors, and this book was my chance to fully embrace grisly horror… I really wanted to explore the dynamic between humans and animals and what would happen if that delicate balance was upset, while also tackling a grisly horror that could shock and entertain while also addressing those deeper issues.“
Wildlife agent Dan Simmons and Sheriff Jack Bertrand in the Pacific Northwest try to figure out who or what caused a mutagenic virus that has infected and revived local wildlife. The animal population has already turned against humans, and the situation is escalating almost too fast for them to keep up.
